Mistake # 1 Long-distance jogging
Don’t do long distance jogging in an attempt to get hot legs. No doubt the long-distance jogging will make your legs thinner than before but you have to pay for this. Yes! You have to pay your muscle mass for this. Long distance running actually eats up the muscles.
Now one thing we should made clear in our mind that if we want to lose weight we have to lose our fat not the muscle mass. The reason behind this is that every one pound of muscle burns around 45 more calories in one day compared to the similar pound of fat. Thus losing the muscle mass actually means the slowing down of metabolism.
So make sure if you want to have nicely shaped and hot legs you have to do this by losing your fat cells and not by the muscle cells.
Mistake # 2 Avoiding Squats
First what is squat? Squat is the bending of knees until the point that hips come even lower to parallel with the knee joints. This has to be done with a bar on the back. No single exercise works better than the squat. So avoiding squat is the biggest blunder. For nice hot legs you have to squat. The more you squat the more beautiful your legs would be. Basically the squats give you nicely shaped and hot legs as compared to the shapeless legs that are not at all sexy. Ideal is to do 5 sets of 8 reps on alternate days.
Mistake # 3 Avoiding Dead lifts
First, what are the dead lifts? Dead lifts are picking up the bare ball with your two hands while keeping the back straight. The dead lifts works best for that part of legs which meets your buttocks. It not only gives you hot leg but also make your buttocks sexier. The firming and lifting of your buttocks completes the sexier look of your hot legs. Thus avoiding dead lifts is the third blunder.
Thus fulfilling your dream does not cost you anything. You just have to omit seriously these mistakes out of your exercising pattern.
